STEVEN CATALDO - PRINCIPAL-IN-CHARGE AND ARCHITECT

Steven Cataldo, Founder and Principal Architect of the firm, is responsible for the firm's management and administration, and assumes an active role in every project undertaken by the firm. He is involved in the area of Architectural Design, as well as Project Analysis, Programming, and Construction Documents.

Mr. Cataldo received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1976 and an Associate in Applied Science in Construction Technology from the State University of Farmingdale. After becoming licensed in 1980, he became an adjunct assistant professor in Construction Technology Department at SUNY, Farmingdale.

Mr. Cataldo has served as principal-in charge and designer for a variety of new and renovation projects valued at more than $75 million. He is a Registered Architect and holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
